    Yes, if you isolate each level of Bet, SD for that level is around 1.15*Bet

    But look at SD/round and Average Bet.
    Ratio is not 1.1114215 but around 1.9020 ...
    Take this one for your calculation.

    (EV in dollars)^2/(SD in dollars)^2
    EV in dollars = IBA in percentage*average bet
    SD in dollars = SD in percentage* average bet

    Substitute both equations in first formula:
    (EV in dollars)^2/(SD in dollars)^2 = (IBA in percentage*average bet)^2/(SD in percentage*average bet)^2

    Reduce (average bet)^2 from the numerator and denominator:
    (EV in dollars)^2/(SD in dollars)^2 = (IBA in percentage*average bet)^2/(SD in percentage*average bet)^2 =
    (IBA in percentage)^2/(SD in percentage)^2
