Poll- Should any member be immediately & permanently banned for outting on this site?

No matter how long they've been here, what status they are or how many posts they've made, should any member be permanently banned for outting another man's real name in posts on this site? This is a blackjack card counting forum, where many members prioroties are to keep their identities anonymous. Members also should solely focus on the casinos as enemies, not another member. However, over the weekend, senior member "Ryemo" purposely outted an entire man's full name in a post. Doing so, many wrongs were violated since A) It wasn't even the member he was accusing him of being B) The man wasn't around to give consent nor defend himself on a social forum C) this could cause the man serious issues if any casino employees were lurking on that post D) from what I've deciphered, it's this sites #1 rule youre not permitted to do.

Doing so also could have set a precedents that if a member gets butthurt by another members comments and knows his identity, he too could out his identity?

Anyways, I think its a valid post for feedback (i'm sure Ryemo's friends on here will be easily spotted with their defending responses too)

All of the sudden I keep hearing the term "discord forum" in lots of posts by different new posters. I have never heard that term before. What does it mean? Why does it seem so many new handles are using it?
