Back to the OP's question. If two people have 22 and two people have AKo, the AKo holders will win about 2% more often than the 22 holders. If two people have 22 and four other people have all possible combinations of AKo, AKo will still win almost 1% more often than 22. However, while they're winning their 1%, the 22 holders are splitting the pot the rest of the time. I'll split the blinds and raises with the other 22 holder.
If there is a table of 5 people, four of which hold AKo and one person holding 22, the lucky duck (pun intended) holding 22 will win 84.79% of the time.
