Hello all,

New to the forum, thanks for all of the wonder insight and information here. I have scrolled a bunch of threads and did a few searches to see if my question has been addressed. If I missed it, my apologies.

As a recreational player who sticks to basic strategy I do fairly decent respective to my goals and generally (75 % of the time) walk out with money or even. Admittedly not substantial gains, which is why I am here. So the question is what does one do with profits to continue amassing his/her bankroll while protecting against a losing session with hopes of higher stakes.

Being recreational and not counting on this money as my livelihood, I was thinking 1/3 splits into bankroll, savings, and spending money. Being respectful, I am aware that as I am not counting my time (and money) would be better spent learning and practicing. But the question still has relevance assuming the latter. I appreciate your thoughts.
