    Too much heat

    Hey again everyone,
So I was reading another post that mentioned something of interest...
As a lot of you have experienced critter heat and have been kicked out of casinos( which I believe should be illegal since they allow “ silly’s” to deplete their wallet as they enjoy all the profits they are already receiving). I was wondering if we could discuss this topic in some detail.
I don’t really play enough to get any heat and haven’t counted ever at a casino for profits or have any game to be an AP...But for the people who have? Is it that big of a deal breaker?
I was wondering if anyone knew the states where it is illegal to back off a good “ player”? Like I said, I believe it should be illegal for any back off anywhere so long as we live in a civilized society. However we realize this is really not the case.
Perhaps some pointers on cover? What is a polite win that reduces heat? A regional flyer of a good player would seem to halt someone’s action. Or are there enough casinos out there that we could just move on and try another one out? I wonder the average amount of casinos per state? Does being 86d mean you are screwed all over our “free” country amongst certain but which casinos? What are other versions of being 86d?

As I think of the honest( sometimes dishonest poker players) people trying tomake a living from gambling... How much should one worry about heat? Considering all factors?

Anyways feel free to chime in for future gamblers alike.,, and state whether you agree with back offs at a certain point or what bc after all its a business etc? Ok cool...ttys.

Even if they can't bar you or back you off they can still make the game unplayable. Either half-shoe, flat bet, pref shuffling, etc.

States/Provinces that disallow barrings based solely on card counting
will apply "counter-measures" to make the game virtually unplayable.

It is NOT advantageous to play in a state that the above applies to.

It is a poor idea to play a game with mediocre rules and/or penetration
by utilizing a very aggressive spread. Doing so results in a very high
"Risk of Ruin." Telling a newbie that if he plays a marginal game with a
20-1 or 30-1 spread he will have a nice "win-rate", BUT his chances of
losing his bankroll will be North of 40% ~ will be met with a jaw-drop and
stammering to suit the occasion. He will then return to the casino and post
Re: how bewildered he is, and is now questioning the honesty of the casino.
