In Fred Renzey's book Blackjack Bluebook II, he gives positive and negative hand interactive plays for splits. He says you should participate in another player's split (if they agree to it) for 2,2 and 3,3 when the dealer has a 5 or 6 (makes sense), but you should try to pawn off this split when the dealer has a 2 or 3 since this split is for the purposes of losing less money (again, makes sense).
Question: What about when the dealer has a 4? Is this a positive or negative EV split when the player has a pair of 2, 3 or 7s? This scenario is not discussed in his book.
As a more general question is there a place I can find which splits against which up cards are positive and which ones are negative EV?
Thanks!
