The first step is to never use or delete any social media accounts, shut down google, use Tor, etc. However, this only helps on a very superficial level. The governments already have all info required to track people online and offline.

If casinos use their surveillance systems for this technology, all they need to do is to request an ID at some point and the player could always be tracked. Theoretically they could eventrack the bets of any player without their knowledge and automatically analyze the betting patterns in case of constant winnings. It's probably only a question of time until this is happening, if it is not already.

The only ones who have UNLIMITED resources if your worth their time. Once the Galactic Empire has your ID or you sign up for a player card, into their database you are..... and I hope that isn't the case but like you said; it could already be in effect. With modern technology and cameras everywhere, Casinos are never to be underestimated imo and all precautions must be taken the moment you get out of your car. Remaining under the radar is just as important as Advantage Play, if not even more. I believe the longer an AP stays in a casino, the higher chance of being detected you become. Treating the casino like a quick one night stand seems like the safest bet for longevity

First of all, I was walked out (trespassed) of Caesars after one shoe as a spotter (flat betting) and playing without a card. Surveillance (guards) called me by name and proceeded to be the assholes they are. In this process, I was told that I was tresspassed at all CET properties in the USA. Three months later I was playing under FRB at a Harrahs on the other side of the country.

Trespass is a real property law and does not travel over state lines, in fact does not travel over property lines. However, they can trespass you at the different property when you show up for any reason or no reason at all. When you arrive and are identified (they see on their system that you were trespassed), so they trespass you here also. So, in effect, they did trespass from all properties, you just can only be ARRESTED after being trespassed at that property. Certain states have laws that prevent stopping card counters and one must research how that relates to their ability to kick you out because they just don't like you.

IMHO, I predict facial recognition will seriously undermine the ability of the AP community at an exponentiating rate over the coming years.
Luck is nothing more than probability taken personally!

Wonging then quickly exiting might be the standard in the near future. It's just crazy how facial recognition has advanced this fast. I mean with the link that double posted earlier, anyone can easily be identified with a few tools accessible to anyone. Social media was the worst thing that happened to my generation IMOH...

Often, we forget a part because we do not think it is relevant and in fact it is.
When he was banned at the CET property in Iowa, it was first by CET-security. When he refused to sign the ban, IA gaming agents also informed him they were banning him across the state.

Sure, can not 100% rule out the possibility of an IA-transfer to LV. The events he described, IMO, did not support this -- but anything is possible.

Being banned by "IA Gaming" changes things a little bit. Most people banned by gaming are for serious offenses and they are listed on some gaming websites. Not sure if that was a factor or not here but it is possible.
