Went to the casino today. Due to some remodelling, the area where the pictures were has been closed. Checked with security and they said they expect the remodelling to be complete by February.

On an aside, had dropped of family at Zoo so had a few hours to kill. Went to the casino and did sit in a DD game, went down $700 early playing 1 hand with 3 ploppies. Only a few tables were open and crowded. I started playing 2 hands, dropping to one in negative counts, got back to even, decided too many folks were playing so I got up, colored up, turned word to find two gugs, a manager and another. They were polite, said they had observed my play, did not share information and...I interrupted, said I was leaving anyway, was from across the country. They said okay. I left.

I was a bit shocked because I had only bet $150 just once and perhaps played 45 minutes after that hand with highest bet no more than 2x$75 after starting shoes with 2x $50. Maybe it was dropping to one hand on negative shoes.

The place he was playing evaluates basically all players with a computer. Kind of hard not to get noticed there under any conditions. It is nice of them to let you know they weren't going to flyer or database. They aren't always so kind.

Thanks for the report. Sorry you missed it. Hope the new display will be even better. I suspect that you wanted your subject to read HOF and not NOT!!
