Do you know where Canada got most of their guidelines for currency regulations? They were bullied by the American government to follow in their foot steps. The government and banks don't want anyone using cash, so they work together drafting law and regulations, with the end result being no more cash. Governments can then track everything, banks and credit card companies make a fortune in transaction fees.

So those who carry large sums of cash, are an enemy of the state! And as of such, will be harassed!
