If you are traveling in economy than yes but if you are traveling in first class Delta and American is good. Delta and American has improved over the years. If you fly economy I would choose Virgin American, Alaska Airline, and JetBlue over Southwest. Southwest is a friendly flight but you can't fly first class with them.

One of reasons why I choose to fly first or business class. I get treated better than the people who fly economy.

What do you type in "From" for city/country and "To"? I use the airport code and it didn't recognized it. I try to type in the city and state nothing much came up.

Wonder why there are more and more disturbances on airlines? Because they keep shrinking everyone's personal space, and people don't tolerate it, to the breaking point at times.
The airlines' greed is like casinos. They push and push with nickel and dime charges. Besides baggage fees, some now have carry-on fees, seat reservation fees, etc.
I recall 1 trip about 10 years or so ago, when my wife and I travelled to New York, via Philadelphia, to see friends in philly area and go to a New York area wedding. American treated us like shit going down, losing our luggage going to, and really not giving a shit about it. We were late going into Philly, and the stewardess didn't seem amused when I asked her if she would call ahead and order me a sandwich. Come to think of it, my wife wasn't to happy with me either.

We eventually got to New York, minus luggage. After a couple if days, I went to the Newark baggage claim, and with my hands on the table was jumping side to side with my legs going up into the air. The baggage clerk asked me what I was doing - I replied - I haven't changed my shorts in a few days, and it's getting a bit sticky down there - wife wasn't with me for that.

On our return trip, I was on my cell phone talking to someone as we entered the plane. With the stewardess within earshot, I commented that American had screwed up our vacation, list our luggage, couldn't give a shit and that received the absolute lousiest of service - I then said - but I do gave good news, I just saved hundreds of dollars on my car insurance by switching to Geico.

    Subtlety is my specialty.

You'll be pleased to know American has improved their lost luggage efficiency.

I recently was on an American flight with one stop. Went through Customs in Dallas. Seems they forgot to put my bags on the plane after the re-check-in. Where is the efficiency in that, you ask? When the final leg landed and I turned my cell phone on, I had an email waiting for me, informing me that my bags didn't make the flight and to go to the baggage office. Saved me 30 minutes of watching the carousel go 'round and 'round, wondering where my bag was. They delivered it the next day to my house. Efficient, eh? (see I speak Canadian, too)

Efficiently would be to not lose it in the first place.

Technology is wonderful. They can tell you far more quickly that they screwed up versus coming to that conclusion hours later.

Another bad airline in the news:

These people got to take their brains out of their butts and start thinking!!! Don't care if it is a business decision or not. If there is a life emergency you do whatever you have to do. I hope the court hold American Airlines accountable for this.
