CVData and doubling down on 3 cards

When setting "Max cards to Double Down" to 3:

    1) Does it include doubling down on 3 cards after splitting?

    2) Does it use only one Playing Strategy as usual or two Playing Strategies as Wong suggests on page 59 of Professional Blackjack?

Yes, includes DAS. Same strategy. Although the strategies could be different, it would be rare that you would actually play differently. You should use the two card strategy for DD on 3 cards.

    Unless multi-card bonuses are involved.
