A lot of that was given in the first few answers of the thread (casino 411, blackjack survey on WoV, I believe Norm has one on here as well, etc, etc).

Vegas is QUANTITY, not quality... and if you're on the lower limit games enjoying a drink or two, most of the time your actually seriously doesn't even get looked at. You should be able to find a bunch of places where you can camp out, sitting in and out as you want, and spreading decent (1x10 to 2x90, etc). Usually $100 is the checks play call, but if you spread to 3 hands of $90 places don't care. Find these places and pound away.

Again - my best advice is to not focus on the rules first... focus on the rules of the game last (so long as it's not something absurd like 6:5).
