You "color out", stand up and move on as soon as
you show your Max Bet or nearly that.

Up until that point your (revealed) bet spread
looks to be a conservative ("polite") one.

As such, after an hour or less, pry yourself away
from the table and take a hike.

I actually know a veteran A.P. who never plays more
than 1 shoe in any casino on any shift.
