Player auto wins on any 6 cards
Dealer stops drawing after 6 cards (and highest total between player and dealer wins, ex 6 card dealer 16 beats a player standing on 15, and vice versa)

Also, what deviations should be made to BS, for example should we be hitting a 5 card 16 v 10? What about a 5 card 13-16 v 2? v 3?
    Etc..
Auto win on 6 cards appears to be the same as 6 card Charlie rule.

I would use the strategy for 6 card Charlie from Wizard of Odds.

House edge for single deck double on 9, 10, 11 S17 with no DAS is .11% with the charlie rule probably an even game. The key would be can you get one more hand before shuffle.
