    I recently saw a dealer wongout with a + 2 TC

I believe it was an honest mistake, as this dealer would not have a clue about the pack being positive.

Lady at first base colors up, and upon completion dealer takes remaining cards out of shoe with 2.5 remaining, with 1.5 decks left to play before cut card is seen. I instantly call him out, as the cards are barely out of the shoe, and he says, sorry, I just assumed because of color up. I said okay no one saw anything just put them back, he calls floor over who says re-shuffle. I immediately thought house payback, as a little earlier while playing heads up, I asked for and received a re-shuffle. Dumb stupid dealers.
