I disagree with #12, 13, 14, 17, & 18.

#12 Seems to be the norm at most places I've visited.
#13 I agree, it's a silly counter measure. The casino are just preventing regular schmucks from joining the game and handing over their money.
#14 Each to their own.
#17 Playing unrated is sometimes required.
#18 Doesn't hurt to ask.

I enjoyed number 11. I hate it when $5 Charlie wants to tell me how to play my 12 against a 3. I don't care if you never hit it, it's my right to do what I want to do. I didn't complain when you didn't hit your 16 vs. 7, now you don't complain when I hit my 12.
