I am just curious if that train of thought ever enters your mind. Considering all the pitch games you play. Anyone else have a story along those lines.
I was just curious because even though it is a very rare possibility, there are a few dealers who can do this. Subsequently it is not out of a realm of a possibility from happening. Especially anytime humans are involved. Years ago the mob was noted for it. Methods are virtually undetectable by eye only sound can it be noticed. You do not think that a desperate person would not possibly collude by helping a friend, at the expense of others sitting at the table? The casino very well could be completely innocent, and unaware. I have not played pitch games in many years, but still I feel it was a good question to ask.
I play a fair bit of pitch games. One time I was playing against this older female dealer. I heard a popping sound when she was pitching. I looked down and had three cards. I don't know for certain if she was dealing seconds, but I sure didn't stick around long enough to find out.

So, did u bust on the 3 cards?
Player - I busted when dealer, dealing seconds, accidentally gave me 3. Can I keep the best 2 out if 3?
I have to find out the ruling on that one, which initially assume as a total burn. At that point, I would have verbally said something about not trusting this game and walking off. Depending in venue, and if behind, I may well have said more.
No, they were three small cards and dealer had BJ.
I requested it be a misdeal, but the dealer told me it wasn't while scooping up my cards and bet. I decided to not push it with the pit because it was the pit boss who often reminds me to not ask for free things. I just left.
