My biggest travel challenge came in Ft Collins, Co. There was a blackout during a tourney and the last game postponed to the next morning. Yours truly, had that game. Problem is, I was scheduled for a 7.30 game that night in Seattle. I went to my friend and said "here, is my problem. Can you help me out?" He laughed and ask, "do you know the difference between good and great?" I said, "not for sure." He said, "making the impossible possible."
I worked both games that day. Made about $5k.
I never realized how hectic that life was, Moses. I guess I never really looked at it that way, that must have been one hell of a rush!

As far as slots and video poker, I can't compete there, you got me. The casinos in Canada don't give away money like some of the stupid casinos in America. Wish they did.
But I know a blowhard when I hear one(ex). When it comes to other people and their edge, you are a simpleton, thinking my edge is $150 on a 10k bet. Keep building yourself up and knocking the rest down.
As far as 3 goes, he loves to argue, sometimes misses the point completely, but is on point most of time.
Slash and burn is used when it is needed, and the choice is clear. It be wonderful to play some games forever, but from what I have seen, it doesn't happen that way. Great games have a short shelf life.

Stop the presses, Kevin.
If your edge isn't $150 on a $10k bet, what is it then? You haven't professed your ability to hole card, edge sort, ace sequence, keycard, or shuffle track. The only words out of your mouth have been about blackjack, and as far as I'm aware, rarely are you ever gaining more than 1.5% on the house, and though its certainly possible, albeit rare, it wouldn't behoove you to argue against me about the difference of a 1.5% and 2.5% edge, seeing as how they're separated by measly $100. That tells me, Kevin, that you have either very little understanding of the game and its advantage, or you're a blowhard, yourself. Pick one.
Also, I chuckle at the mention of VP and Slots, Kev, that's only the very tip of an AP iceberg, one that most don't ever get the chance to wander into. Most APs will just stick with blackjack, naively thinking its the "best" or most profitable, not realizing that it is indeed the worst, and least profitable (all things considered) of what I do. Its certainly the most readily available, however, which is why I sink a large chunk of my time into it. Suffice it to say, you can't credit me for knowing more about being an AP, and then call me a blowhard, especially so while misunderstanding the very edge you're playing.
