    Women AP

(no prejudice, simply an observation)I never see a women AP. On the table, most women have significant bankroll, know basic, but definitely not a counter. They must be welcome by the house.

In the past year, I only saw four female AP. Three of them are very good.

The hitch is they think they have immunity from barring. Totally false.

At least one is very active on this forum, Fenix. I see few more in my local stores. Also couple H&Wife "teams" but the counters are man. To me, AP are higher "class" than counters. I am counting but not put myself in AP group.

Zee, click the edit button and remove the identifiable stuff. There is no delete.

Being female helps, but not as much as some think.

I was at a DD a couple of months ago, and a woman was spreading $25 to $400 with the count. She was loud and having a good time with the tablemates. She was also encouraging a young woman to increase her bet when the count went up -- "OK now is the time to increase your bet". She would debate out loud asking what to do on some soft doubles, but always ended up doing the correct play.

Women AP's do exist and do have better cover.

As an observation, you can believe that the ratio in a major surveillance system is 9:1, male to female. So, yes, they are a minority and deemed somewhat rare and to be valuable with teams.
Luck is nothing more than probability taken personally!
