    Ilani Casino La Center Washington

    The Ilani Casino recently opened at La Center Washington-anyone familiar with it yet? Number of 6 deck shoe games? Rules, etc? Thanks!

    I do believe that Ilani is owned (or run) by The Mohegan Tribe
    of Connecticut. That does not bode well for BJ players,
    as their standard (CT) game is 6 decks with 2 to 2.5 deck cutoffs.

    6d S17 DAS 3:2 with variable cutoffs. 2 dealers about 1.1, 1 about 1.5. A couple observations of other tables appeared closer to 1 than 1.5. No where near 2. $5 min all over the place.

    This is a ridiculously good house.

    Total blackjack games in the dozens. It did seem like they would close tables as crowd thinned.

    If I am not mistaken; this is the sole Casino in all of NorthWESTERN NorthAmerica where a S17 Six Decker can be found, nicely cut, and
    at low stakes! Am I correct?

    Ilani Update

    Hey, this thread is a bit old, but wanted to update anyone that searches for "Ilani" and is looking for intel.
    A couple weeks ago (end of Feb, 2022), Ilani changed to H17, but added splitting 10's to their Blazing 7's BJ game. They still allow surrender. I believe they kept S17 on their $50 high limit table.
    On the floor, table mins are 10-25 with max of 300 & 500 respectively. They usually have a single $5 dollar table, but it's always full.
    For high limit, minimums are 25-50 with max of $1000 for both.

    Ilani is the one and only place where I have been backed off. Not a bad game for me with decent penetration, but they seem to be quick to back people off, or maybe it was just me.

    What was your spread? Does Ilani flyer out? I played at Ilani a few times earlier this year, wasn't backed-off but it depends on the shift, day of week etc. I played mostly on the mornings on weekends. The penetration was usually great.
