    $800,000 win

I would like to gratulate the player Ameristar Casino St Charles Missouri last Friday on the spectacular win $800,000. How many of us been on shoes that we could do no wrong and the counts in the negative and we come out with very little profit to show cuz we never bet up. I know I've been on a few over the years I wish I would have realized and start a fire into it as hard as I could like this gentleman did he was up 1.2 million and finally stopped at 800,000 that is truly a win for the record books for this area

Sometimes they break and you get a hand shuffle. They break more often when some players are at the table. You should see the ridiculously easy to track shuffles you get when people that never have to shuffle have to shuffle the cards. The last one I saw only riffled the cards and just once in each of 2 passes.

Most big bettors refuse to play ASM's. That is why Hi Limit rooms are usually all hand shuffled.

Not in the HL rooms in St. Louis. Don't remember about Tunica because Ai play on the main floors there.

Just curious as to why you would make this statement? I would guess that many "big bettors" do NOT shuffle track. Some big bettors do not even count...they just enjoy playing at higher stakes. And there must be big bettors who count but do not track shuffles. That being said, why the statement that big bettors refuse to play ASM's. (Note: Not talking CSMs. This Ameristar does not use CSMs for their BJ games....only for their carnival games.) However, they use ASMs throughout the casino, including the high-limit area. Their "sister-casino" (also owned by Pinnacle) on the south side of the city has the same procedures. That is, ASMs everywhere, but no CSM's for BJ.

Who really feels comfortable trusting a machine to shuffle the cards? The difference is big players are desired enough that few casinos will alienate any of them by dealing from an ASM. My statement had nothing to do with big players being AP's. They refuse because they can. If a low level ploppy refuses do you think they care? Now if everyone refused that would be another story. Why do you think it is rare to see ASM's in the hi limit room. And why do you think the casinos that do have them there don't have many big players in the hi limit room.

Imagine a 9 hour session winning 8 out of every 10 hands. It was magical.

Of course they did, and the sit down was 1k, with 6k reload.

Negative shoes should make anyone a winner , cause all the big cards are loaded at the front. If you know it before hand that is what you play!.
