Not sure what the law is, but I know card counters have been held at gun point and forced to return their winnings after big scores at Bahamian casinos. It's not a stretch to think that the casino would have been even angrier if the players were caught HC'ing.

Super sweaty, not always the greatest rules, not really worth the risk IMO. Just go get drunk and enjoy vacation like the rest of us

Super sweaty and not the greatest rules, does that pertain to only blackjack?

Lets say i was holecarding ultimate hold em, would they be super sweaty if i was betting $300 with $10 on the bonus?

I ended up just avoiding it and playing poker

As usual, many posts but no answer.
If you intend to play Atlantis in Paradise Island, the game is usually dealt from a 6 decks shoe, S17, DAS cut 1.5
Got barred there for counting in a very civilian way, they let me keep the comps (room, food) for the entire weekend.

but I know card counters have been held at gun point and forced to return their winnings after big scores at Bahamian casinos
Can you pin point where, to who and when this happen? Most people talking about being at a gun point in the Caribbean are refering to what happened to Tommy Hyland in St. Kitts 20+ yeard ago...

    .
That's funny you should say this, considering he asks for the Laws, not rules or conditions.

Did I say I was politely barred? I wasn't arrested by the cops or the casino security. I wasn't beaten or had a gun put to my head...
You want to hole card a game? Do it without exageration and you should be fine. It's not third world.

The Bahamian BJ game is dealt at a snail's pace.

    Perhaps 35 - 45 hands per hour.

That's a bit of a blanket statement. Last time I was there I found the 2nd fastest dealer I had ever seen (the fastest was in the Dominican Republic).

A blanket statement, yes, but my experience nonetheless.
There could be a lot of dealers covering
    2 shifts / 7 days.
