Being the host of a forum is one tough job!

After participating, and observing all the different outlooks and perspectives taking place in a active forum I have concluded it is one hell of a tough job. I have found a new respect and appreciation for the person who can preform the task. The moderator will receive occasional criticism from a few posters such as BoSox who said to Norm you are a shitty and unprofessional moderator " in another forum thread including Norm and myself and others" for doing a tough, and thankless job. Also for the record I compared Norm to being like a NFL ref, throwing plenty of flags and always blowing the whistle.
Norm this is one area of disagreement that I had with you, that I honestly take it back because frankly, put in your shoes, I would not have a clue.

I have mixed feelings about Norm as a moderator but mostly positive. It's why, in comparison to another forum, I think it's easier to post and far less likely to be abused. Norm seems to have taught folks to move on rather than trample the poster who might ask a question asked before or one whose answer could be found easily.

My only discomfort is when he closes a thread or banishes it to the disadvantaged section if any mention of cheating by casinos is brought up. While he may be right and such cheating does not exist, perhaps letting the thread die naturally might be a better approach.

I appreciate you tons too Norm! You've been a great help to the blackjack community in many ways. Your software has greatly improved my, and many other's, play. I appreciate the time an effort put into running the forum where I have learned so much and met some great people. I am immensely grateful to have met them. Without you moderating people's squabbles, dealing with server issues, and whatever else goes into the behind the scenes stuff of this site, my life would probably be a bit different. I also appreciate that you've so far put up with my 2am drunk messages and other random stupidness. You rock Norm.

Norm, If you are not in fact a young man, why do you wear young man's clothes?
