    Books by Frank Scoblete

    Hi,

Thought I'd solicit views from the forum membership around Mr S's titles.

I've just finished reading one on Roulette (perhaps this post should be in the disadvantage section) - "Spin Roulette Gold" - where the main thrust of his advice is comical; ie to bet as if every wheel were biased where numbers come up more frequently than their mathematical probability suggest they should (ie pile the chips on to the "Big numbers" and so forth).

Any views on his blackjack or craps titles? I think he's also written books on slots and baccarat? Are these along similar lines, or is there anything there worth parting company with a few ££s for?

"Beat Blackjack now !" (2010) about Speed Count
For Norm, Speed Count is as "Frau Blücher" in "Frankenstein Junior" movie :-)

I enjoyed his book: "I am a Card Counter". You won't learn much about AP blackjack, but I thought it was a well written story and a fun read.

    Is that a recommendation?

Sclobete's name on a book renders a book only suitable
    for wrapping dead fish.
"Scobe" is ethically challenged. Much of what he sells
is garbage, but his books sell because they are seen on
shelves in retail stores like Barnes & Nobles.

He penned a dreadful book on Spanish21 --
"The Armada Strategy" wherein he makes the
absurd claim Spanish21 is NOT countable !
His books are not only DETRIMENTAL to those
who wish to learn something re: BJ, Craps, etc.
but are just very annoying self-aggrandizing
hogwash serving as advertisement for a dreadful
card counting system that he sells as the
"Speed Count" He also sells admission to his classes
for bullshit "Golden Touch" dice control courses.

Please do not pollute this public forum with his name.
Is this libelous on my part? Read my lips. I despise him.

Flash, I'll take that as you're not Chairman of his fan club?

Fact check - Frank is no longer with "Golden Touch Craps". His partner, "The Dominator" has taken over the business.

Mostly garbage. IIRC there was one absolute gem in one of his books, though.
    The Cash Cow.

    Found a fan! LOL

    <sarcasm>

    But Mr, Flash...!

I though one could beat the game of Craps using Classical Mechanics!

Tell me Flashy, do you let Frank whisper sweet nothings into your ears?

The Armada Strategy?? How imaginative LOL

How did Avery Cardoza become so..... big?
His Book, Blackjack for the non-counter (or some such) is awful.

Most easy to find books are either poor or awful,
although a few good beginner's books exist.

The best introductory BJ book that gets my vote is:

"Blackjack, A Champions Guide" (2013) by De Toffoli and Bonaldi

    ISBN: 978 1 78099 609 7

Original copyright is Italian. Published by a British Publisher.

    RE: Cardoz

shelves in retail stores like Barnes & Nobles.
