I was playing today in a Pennsylvania casino and when the ploppies double down they requested the cards to be face down. After the dealer play out her hands and bust some dealers refused to show the down card to everybody. The ploppy was seating in the first seat. Showing the card to only the ploppy in the first seat. I was sitting at the three base she flip the cards over but I was unable to see it from the three base. If I can't see I am pretty sure surveillance will not be able to see the card as well because she just turned it over so one individual could see it.
Is there any gaming regulation that requires the face down card to be shown to everybody? I want to contact the experts in this forum before I contact the Gaming Control Board.
