    CVData & Cover Bettings

Helps says: "No Increase after a Loss – If set, units bet cannot be increased after losing a hand no matter what the count is."
So my question is: when computing if we win, lose o tie a hand, is insurance bet taken into account?

You didn't win the hand, only the side bet, and only because the dealer had blackjack. Under scenario described, you do not raise your bet.
