Like from the casinos? Not really. Dont see any card counting either... the casinos arent really on the watch. Some days ago I was seating on a low limit table playing only when the count turned positive and now one seemed to notice or care...

They don't charge any extra when you buy chips with creddit card. Exchange rate is 3.25 Peruvian Soles for each USD. Rate can vary from one casino to another but difference tends to be very small.

    It depends on the rule.
OBO ( Original Bet Only) rule is same as American rule (Hole Card) exactly (actually slightly different).
What is the "slightly different" ?

The result of the wager is the same, the loss of the original bet. The difference is the time and cards ate playing out the player hands before the dealer draws their second card.

yah, OBO is better because if you get say 15 v T in a high count and surrender you only use up 3 cards instead of 4.
