Norm, why did you delete my previous message?
I commented on a line that I thought was funny.
Is that not allowed?

I am aware of a theft that actually happened for a very large sum but using the term recently is a loose use of the definition of recently. Why would he need to make something like that up? Does everyone have personal knowledge of ZMF's BR besides what he tells them. This allegation makes no sense. If ZMF didn't want people to know about something he just wouldn't tell them. No need to make up a story. Sounds like the old wives gossip group at the conspiracy site has been busy re-writing history again. It seems like that is all they do over there. My apolgies to the old wives. I know you aren't as bad as they are over there.
I don't think you were talking about the networking comment of mine.
My post was in response to ZMF's post (#5 of this thread). I saw no reason for ZMF to attack OP right out of the gate, insinuating he plays blackjack poorly. But, that's certainly not new coming from ZMF. I'm sure ZMF knows quite a bit about BJ and counting, side counts and other advanced counts, etc. But when it comes to advice, oftentimes (Obv not always) what ZMF writes is flat out wrong (not even talking about CC). Don't know why, maybe ignorance or lack of experience in certain areas or lack of knowledge of the law. Maybe because he realizes giving poor advice would indirectly benefit him, since we are essentially all competing against each other....and if this is the case, I can at least somewhat respect that....although I generally prefer to just let it go and not give poor advice that'd benefit me (although, I have done this from time to time, but in specific cases).
OP was about joining an existing team or how to move in that direction. Not about getting better. Not about creating a team.

OK, we all have opinions that don't fit the masses from time to time. I would offer that the comment I responded to was an implied negative without any supporting data. I couldn't tell if your opinion was that he is an axe murderer of a deviant card counter.
Just saying......we all need to be careful when referring to others.

If you ever post this paranoia again, it will be your last post. KJ has made these absurd, baseless, nonsensical accusations hundreds of times with zero evidence. No evidence whatsoever, against many posters, simply because he disagrees with them. And, some of his supporters are still pushing this vitriol. This is a forum in a field with an actual opponent -- casinos. How can we ever progress if anyone that posts an opinion they don't like is accused of malevolent motives? Are we still in the Dark Ages? Do you actually believe that someone that disagrees with you must be doing so because he has some ulterior motive?
AGAIN, if you disagree with someone, state why. Claiming that they have some nefarious motivations is just plain wrong and helps no one but casinos.
Why can't some people understand such a simple concept? Attack the message, not the messenger.
This will stop.

I think you misinterpreted what I wrote or I did a poor job of explaining.
I'm not saying he is doing it on purpose (i.e.: ulterior motive), but am offering a possible reason why he may post what he posts sometimes. And yes, I've done this before, but in rather specific circumstances and rarely, although not sure if it was on this site or the others.
I'm not talking about opinions (i.e.: different/advanced count systems, side counts, etc), but facts -- that ZMF will sometimes write incorrect information as if it was a fact and there's nothing else to be said about it. Perhaps it'd have been better to write something like, "Don't take everything that ZMF says as gospel."

Even though one is an amateur advantage player it doesn't mean that they are not going to win and earn profit from the game over the long using knowledge, skill and discipline in Blackjack. Both an amateur AP and Professional AP would make the optimal decision based on the proven mathematical strategies in Blackjack. An AP whether or not he is a professional makes correct betting and playing decision regardless of win or lose. As long as one is not playing the game based on instinctive or intuitive feeling as distinguished from reasoning or knowledge or false or inaccurate information than they could win in Blackjack.
