Repeating things already mentioned. In Black Belt In Blackjack by Arnold Snyder, he provides the 'Advanced Red 7 Count' which implies more indices especially for 6 deck shoes and indices to be used in the second half of the shoe. One can use Norm's CVData and the Index generator to generate your own indices for the Red 7 count if you want and you can generate more than just the ones provided. Many prefer risk averse indices; I'm not sure if Snyder's indices are Risk Averse ones.

    They are not risk-averse.
