This is the worst "Burn Joint" on the East Coast.

They are a subscriber and contributor to O.S.N.

They do offer the same rules as the CT casinos,

and that means that Late Surrender is available.

NOTE: If they 86' you they will not cash out your

chips without I.D. and a valid matching Social Security No.

They sometimes summon the State Police with no

warranted justification. They will record your license plates.

The place is a disgusting dump besides. Virtually no amenities.

This used to be a Greyhound Track. When I was going there,

about 1 ½ years ago, each HL player had his own "Counter

Catcher", actually standing behind his/her chair and their

six deckers were cut 96% ~
Six Decks with 12 card cutoffs.

    missed important points re: Foxwoods.

There are several casinos at Foxwoods.

The best of which is the "Newport Room"

where all BJ tables are $50 and $100 minimums.

Anyone with a good act and good "table sense"

who is not terribly greedy, and doesn't become

a "headstone", will find excellent conditions

and very uncrowded tables. Staff morale is low

because the two local competitors have much

better "toke rates"; while they had "ruled the

roost" for well over a decade and a half.

Note: The most exclusive casino in the country is at Foxwoods.

Entry is only to those with Credit Limits of $500,000 or greater.

At BJ ... the lowest table stakes are $500 to $10,000.

Misleading information? I stand by every word I posted but thanks for trying to make me look stupid. Was I supposed to mention the Stargazer Casino to the OP who stated he had a 10K bankroll? And what's the difference between the Newport Room and the high limit room in the Fox Casino, formerly the MGM? Nothing. Dealers always whine about their toke rates. I put no stock in that whatsoever. By the way, if he's going to play on a weekend good luck finding $50 minimums on those 6 deck games. Not impossible but not likely unless off hours.

I don't disagree about about Twin River. I just answered the question asked by the OP if there were other casinos nearby. I did tell him to hit and run.

The difference between the formerly MGM casino and the Newport Room is that before evening hours you can find a $25 minimum table with the same rules as the $50 game! Just don't play for a long time! The Newport Room always has $50 mins.
