I guess you don't tip the dealer.

Of course you should give the dealer a tip - like - don't bet on the horses - that's a good tip.

It seems like the OP got cheated by the dealer and then screwed over by the pit boss/manager decision. That would be the last time I would sit at that dealers table. On a side note I'd wait till the dealer got off their shift and I would revisit the hand with him/her in more intimate conversation outside the building to find out what was truly going on in the dealers head on that particular hand.

Do we need to go into a tip debate ? That situation happened quite some time ago. I still don't thinking tipping help much in most situation such as bo, pen(generally),speed, I really don't want to be blackmailed ,it does work in some situation IMO but the dealers want the farm! No freaking way!

The guy got cheated plain and simple. It seems like the dealer had his head up his ass. I would have given the dealer and the pit boss an epic ass chewing if that would have happened to me.

Yeah. I am sure something can jar the memory out of his head.

Just words. I would have recommended to the pit poss that the dealer needs to be... Fired!

I have had the same thing happen to me and it ended quite differently. There are people higher than the Floor and pit boss to talk to if you are a valued customer. I have also had such attempts go horribly wrong. It is best to just push softly so far and let it go if they won't accommodate you. Often it is a sign that you have overstayed your welcome. If so the best thing to do is leave before they tell you in a more permanent way.

Firing at the dealer is a little extreme but it sometimes is tempting. LoL

Threats of violence - real or not - will land you with a new wardrobe and address.

There is no need to twist the words. The dealer should have been fired on the spot!

[ADMIN EDIT: Removed political comment] How is exchanging words with a dealer outside of the casino deemed an act of violence?
