A new casino opened up not too far from where I live. I went to scout the shop to determine whether it had games worth playing and discovered a single deck 3:2 game that plays out 2 rounds regardless of the number of players before a shuffle.

Simulations aside, I want to know if is there a general rule when evaluating single deck games when the shuffle is determined by rounds instead of cut cards. There are no side bets, which very much helps speed up play. I feel tempted to dive in, however my knowledge of games have only thus far been limited to shoe and DD.
