Hi guys!

I've just downloaded The KNOCK OUT system THIRD EDITION from Amazon (REVISED AND EXPLAINED) and i am interested in knowing couple of things.
There is this new strategy called RAD Strategy in the book described in a small chart.

The KO RAD Strategy:
16 vs. ten -Always stand
12 vs. 2 and 12 vs. 3 -Always stand
11 vs. ace -Always DD
10 vs. ten and 10 vs. ace -Always DD
9 vs. 2 -Always DD

The book outlines in this chapter that the KO RAD System outperforms the KO Rookie.
"Generally, the KO RAD yields an expectation about 0,13 higher than KO Rookie. It is not a huge improvement, but anything that improves results without requiring additional effort is worth implementing."
The book also mentions that "The KOBS with its seven changes is presented on the following pages. If you use the KO count to vary your bets, you should learn and play this version of the basic strategy for best results."

My question is how can the KO RAD (KOBS) strategy perform better result if we deviate from the Basic Strategy? Just because it is a little bit more aggressive?
And can this strategy be applied in ENHC as well (11 vs. ace-DD)

Thanks for any input
