While playing at -12 should obviously be avoided if possible; it's not quite as bad as it sounds. Keep in mind that the EV at -12 is -5% of your min bet and at +12 is +8% of your max bet. So, with a spread of $25 to $300, your EV at -12 is -$1.25 and at +12 is +$24. That's with full indices, which actually help minus counts more than plus counts. With the Illustrious 18, your EV at -12 is -$2 and at +12 is +$21.

Also, some side bets become far more lucrative at extremes.

Why would you be playing this game?? I would leave this game if the TC got below -5 or -6, depending on conditions.

If you are tc + player you shuold actually leave at tc -1 . Why wait till -5 ? . I personally like playing - tc. Clears the table ?

Tthree answered his question as to tricks to aid in memorizing more indices fast and effective. With this technique you should be able to memorize any or all indices quickly and have quick access to the info. Like Don said I just answered his question directly, short and simple. Then I get shit for it. I guess brevity is not the answer.

Zee if you weren't playing shoejack and plopjack then you could add 13v4 And 14v2 to the mix. 14,15,16vsA and 15v9. Beyond that SCORE will change very little.
