There have been many requests for a mobile version of CVCX. Unfortunately, mobile device technology is not yet up to the task. CVCX-A is an experimental hybrid methodology of supporting the most needed part of CVCX when traveling. CVCX-A allows you to upload your own sim files and access them via mobile devices, PCs or Macs in an Internet café, or other web devices. The large files and calculations remain on the webserver. Nothing needs to be installed and all communications are encrypted.

To use this, you must have CVCX V5.0.119 or later. The version is displayed when you start CVCX or if you hit About. You can update CVCX V5 at https://qfit.com/downloads.htm#free.

Following are the steps:

1. From the CVCX Archives, click on a user sim. This can include thousands of sims for different decks, rules, penetrations, etc.
2. Click Upload in the upper-left corner.
3. Follow the instructions displayed.
4. To access the sims, go to www.qfit.com/c.htm. Enter the desired parameters, the sim number, and click Calculate. The presentation is much like CVCX Online, except that it accesses your sims.

www.qfit.com/c.htm defaults to a sample set of sims file for those that wish to see how it works. The screen adapts to mobile devices so it can be used on phones.

This is a free update to V5.
