For the HI-LO game of DAS, H17, D3, I used CVBJ to print all of the Index Tables for 2D and 6D.
Results: there was absolutely no difference in the Indexes between 2D vs 6D. Could this be true???????

2D, 4D, 6D, 8D have the same index tables. The difference is trivial. More careful books call it the index table for multiple deck. Double deck BJ is closer to 6D/8D than to single deck BJ, believe or not. For most AP playing all kinds of BJ, you only need to memorize four sets of tables: S17 SD, S17 multiple deck, H17 SD, H17 multiple deck. Since SD is phasing out, people only need to memorize two sets.
