counting cards

hi,
i would like to know, if there is any book that i can read to learn how to count cards by my own, i mean i want to win money by counting cards on my own.
is it even possible? or maybe u have to go as a group in order to get profit.

1) Yes, you can count on your own. Many (if not most) counters play alone.
2) Yes, counting works. You have a lot of research to do.
3) Buy a few really good beginning books: Professional Blackjack, Blackjack Attack 3rd Edition, Blackbelt in Blackjack
4) Learn basic strategy perfectly. You can use an app like BJ101Free (Apple App Store)
5) Do a lot of reading on the forums. I also recommend joinging BJ21.com. Very good site to join.
6) Purchase software. You can buy the necessary stuff at Qfit.com. CVCX, CVBJ and CVData
7) Learn some indices and learn to count a deck down in 30 seconds.
8) If you get through the first 7, come back for more questions. Good luck!

Buy "Playing Blackjack As A Business" by Lawrence Revere for a starter. You can probably find a used copy for about $10.00.

You can be playing small stakes within a month.
