You might want to check with Al Rogers about that offer. I am not sure that 2 year old offer is an ongoing offer, but since you accessed the site and have now 'lifted' a post, perhaps it is.

Also, that whole post that you quoted is a post by big player, if I am not mistaken. You might want to mention that when quoting. In addition, because that is a paid site, do you think it really right to lift an entire post, without the posters knowledge and re-post it on a free site. Seems kind of wrong to me, despite your intentions.

As per the AC information. This whole discussion stemmed from a thread on Wizards site where the poster claimed he was told that he was no longer welcome to play blackjack. That started a discussion about how NJ deregulation of the gaming industry now allows them to back off players. This was news to me. Although I don't play AC often as I used to, so I don't keep up with whats happening there, but I think I would have heard if they were now allowed to bar players. So anyway, I posted on BJ21 asking if anyone knew of this change, which no one has. I don't believe de-regulation can overturn a law made by a ruling of the NJ state supreme court. But I am not a lawyer, nor did I sleep in a Holiday Inn Express last night, so I may very well be mistaken. But, since this topic has now made it's way here, via a 'lifted' post, I again ask anyone who may be more familiar to weigh in. Is AC now able to bar players?

Tthree, I will say that a number of players that play AC regularly have commented that there no longer is a means to file a complaint on site at casinos. Of course CCC is no more and DGE agents are not required to be onsite at each location. It has been suggestted, that in order to file a complain, now, you now have to go to the DGE office on the boardwalk during business hours. Again, this is all new to me. I trust you and some of the members that play there regularly know more.

Speed Dial, right on! What is the phone number, please? I need that number to call a DGE agent when casinos have done me harm.

A few months ago, a bj dealer, with a face-card of seven & a bottom card of 10, made 2 mistakes in the casino's favor. He carelessly hit my first hand of ace-8 with a 3. He inadvertently turned my soft 19 into a hard hand of 12. Then he hit my second hand of 10-4 with a paint. He inadvertently turn my hand of 14 into 24 (instead of a hand of 17). The pit manager refused to make good of the mistakes. He allowed me to back out of my bets, but refused to pay my winning hand of soft 19. He claimed that he's not alllowed to move forward the cards (3 & the paint). If no mistakes were made, I would win my soft 19 and pushed the dealer's 17. Where is the DGE agent when a gambler needs one? Hmm, speed dialing of the agent may be an answer.
