    I am not sure about this argument though. While an individual counter impact on the casino is negligible, it is the collective impact of everyone that matters. A 12% edge played by 5 persons may have less impact than 1% play played by 500 persons. Obviously, we have to exclude huge AP plays like Phill Ivy or Don Johnson, as rare events.

    I do not know Elliot personally either and I do not mean to bad mouth him or anyone. However, while many respected authors do some work for casinos as consultants, Elliot stands out with an anti-AP attitude that is almost pathological.
