    No, that usually means a module has been damaged. Reboot Windows and reinstall.

    When I went to the web site, it said you can download V210. However, when I downloaded it, it was V207, which I already had installed???????

    The CBJN connection to the iOS and Android apps should also be working again. They don't require a new version.
