Im pretty sure they can't, not won't. This is not just my opinion, but also the consensus from many long-time pros such as LVBear, Bigplayer, etc. I've even heard this law referenced in a news article about a Hyland team member who was charged for structuring. Look if up. BUT... From what I understand, in MO (similar to AC), casinos can look for a reason to throw you out if they really want to. They can throw you out for being "drunk and disorderly" or "disturbing the peace", etc. So if you are caught counting, you need to behave! No profanity, no drinking is best, etc.

Oh, and no team play! If you read the MO Gaming Comission rules/regs, it specifically says it's not considered cheating as long as you're not using the assistance of a device or another person (similar to how OH is worded).

About Blackjack: The Forum

BJTF is an advantage player site based on the principles of comity. That is, civil and considerate behavior for the mutual benefit of all involved. The goal of advantage play is the legal extraction of funds from gaming establishments by gaining a mathematic advantage and developing the skills required to use that advantage. To maximize our success, it is important to understand that we are all on the same side. Personal conflicts simply get in the way of our goals.
