    "Player's Edge 21"

    SEE: http://www.galaxygaming.com/galaxy-g...layers-edge-21

Unless I am missing something, this game is identical to Spanish21
with the highly beneficial "re-double rule", AND a nice feature that
I have never seen before. If the dealer and the player have identical
hands of 20, it is not a push. The player wins !

Does anyone know where, if anywhere, this game is offered, other than with a C.S.M. ?

    ZMF,

You misunderstood the "Matched 20 Wins" rule: instead, if the player's hand consists of two matched faces, say Kh-Kh, then that hand automatically wins.

Otherwise, you seem to be correct that the game is very similar to Spanish 21.

I am supposing that by the addition of a single additional rule,
the copyright violation is thwarted. Has anyone seen this game
    being offered anywhere ?

Could be a patent issue as well.
