The latter is heavy green or black, it depends on how he plays, and what your opinion is. Base unit is not the sole determinant nor a rule. I think the bet at TC +1.5-2 is the most accurate single indication. Someone going 3-100 isn't a white-chipper, he's almost light-green, and actually does rarely bet black--unlike someone betting 50-300 who commonly bets black.

I always have the impression of how a player ramp is an indication. Anyway it really doesn't matter much to me.
