    Backoff-Gaming

    Anyonre ever get backed off toward the beginning of a DD, but after it started, or just before the mid-way point of a 6D? In every back-off I've ever had, I was betting the table minimum. In a couple of these, there wasn't much warning. No phone calls, no glaring, no surreptitious chatting. It seems in a couple instances, these pit critters figure out what's going on, and decide to let me a few extra negative expectation rounds.

    So when your backoff comes in the middle of your 16 v. 10 hand that you're allowed to finish, do you have the right to kill the hand? In a dispute, will gaming side with the player? What about all the hands you played to gather information during that shuffle, that had a negative expectation? You would have never played them. Aren't you owed the difference if you had a net loss?

    What's the procedure for a call to gaming in a dispute? I don't have an issue, but I should probably be aware if one ever comes up, so that I know what to do.

    No, the wager was made, the cards were dealt, and they are NOT

    pushing back your chips, as they do in some jurisdictions.

    YOU, (of all peeps), bet large on the first hand ? W. T. F. ?

    If you had known that they had you pegged but were yet uncertain;

    you might have been able to "buy" longevity by hitting one of the 17's

    and insuring the other !

    My backoffs came before I made a bet. I was simply told they would accept my action on BJ or any BJ variant before I even bought chips. I guess you can only win so much before they cry uncle.

    if you aren't in Vega$, or perhaps AC, then PC can't recognize the count...neither can surveillance...ALL small casino's surveillance are incapable of recognizing a cc....they are busy with other, sinister crimes...past posting, pinching/capping bets, switching cards, stealing slot vouchers, wallets, player's chips and purses...watching the dealers for theft...etc., etc, etc...when they do decide to "evaluate' your play, they NEED to use software and enter everycard played and your hand, bet size, and action (hit, stand, dd) to determine if you are "too good" for them

    they ALL, however, subscribe the the db's....so moral is stay the hell away from Vega$, NEVER play rated...AND SPREAD TIL THE COWS COME HOME!!!

    You do not have to read all of the 13 chapters of "The art of War" by Sun Tzu to
    fathom that the worst error you can make is that of underestimating your enemy.
