Im using data from me scouting as well as CBJN. Because CBJN is reporting 100$ minimum games with great rules with in places that I scouted the main floor and found nothing of the sort. So it leads me to believe they are talking about the hi-limit games. And of those hi-limit games referenced on CBJN it doesnt mention 'nm'(no mid shoe) so that means mid shoe entry is allowed in the hi limit. And if you look over the April issue, theres quite a few places offering that, but it might be a counter trap just like Vegas' pitch games that offer mid shoe entry and great rules etc

"Silver Tenders" HL room in downtown has a lot of viewing angles with the dealer's back against the rail where spectators can view.

I know that it's similar at the Bell, but not quite a railing. Spaces in the barrier where you can see from the dealer's view.

Unethical and illegal opportunities for both.

In practice you will find that CBJN's "nm" indicators are not too accurate for HL. At least in Las Vegas.

Anyway, you will get tons of heat. There are definitely better approaches that, of course, trade risk for longevity, if you have the bankroll.

There are many casinos, especially in the MidWest and the South
where there is NMSE and signs to that effect may not be posted.
