Good morning,
Anyone here has a team which count cards at casinos? Like 21 Blackjack movie? I'm interested in counting cards. If there is already an existan group I would like to join. Or we can create one.
Facu2597, Welcome to the Forum.
There are many people here playing Blackjack with an advantage, some with teams some as lone wolfs.
Joining a team is a little more complex than find one and join. There are at least issues of competency, financial stability, character, integrity and persona.
While you have provided no indication of your status in any of these matters (and this is not the place to do so) it is impossible to even respond with an answer. I suggest you join the subscription side of this forum and private message myself or some of the others that are willing to answer questions.
Good luck
Luck is nothing more than probability taken personally!
Teams still exist but, as far as the BP tactic goes (what you see in 21), it is impossible to implement at high limit tables where no middle entry is permitted. Yet I have seen this tactic employed once that I am 100% sure of.
Other tactics seem to exist but most counters fly solo. Trust and coordination is required for team play. Most APs only let their significant other and their tax guy. And God.
The movie 21 is full of it, I hope you realize that.
Teams are more common in other areas of advantage play than counting, and ifor both counting and other teams in most cases are primarily made up of people who have known each other for a while and are often more partnerships of 2-4 people. The larger teams do exist but are more uncommon, and can be helpful where a tremendous amount of scouting is necessary to find a large quantity of games to play.
I would suggest the working to learn how to count part first, there are books or a good free course at Bjinfo.com, and perhaps find a mentor with some experience to help reduce the learning curve, and worry about whether or not you want to join or create a team down the line.

Team play is fraught with potential problems.
I currently have a mini-team that I quarterback.
Trust, confidence, discipline and honesty are crucial.
We have been successful this year spending time on
the road weekly; in spite of my creeping decrepitude
and morbid senescence.
