Help file in older software

Using BJRM software and clicking on the HELP tab, I get the windows message that help can't be used without an update from Microsoft. When you go to the suggested MS website, there are updates through Windows 8.1. I tried installing that on my computer and got the msg it is not compatible with Windows 10.

Is there a way to access the old help files when using Windows 10?

I had already found the help files online. I was really interested in a way to get to the help file from within the program using Windows 10. There are a couple of other old programs where the same notice comes up.

In the buttom of the last pdf it says:

An important note for Windows 7 users
BJRM runs fine on Windows 7, but Microsoft stopped supporting the “old school” Help file format,which BJRM was originally written to use.
