I need an advice on how to get in contact with Nevada Gaming Commission. Here is what happened: I was playing at the Palace Station casino Las Vegas. The table limit started at $5 then raised up to $10. The guy who worked in the pit told us that we are grandfathered. One hour later the lady pit boss and guy pit boss came over and told the dealer any new player needs to play $10. The dealer told the lady pit boss that we are grandfathered. Then she said there is no grandfathering. I told him if that is the case than I need to speak with the Nevada Gaming Commission. Then he came close to me and told me if I want to play $5 than play on another table which the game is not blackjack.
I told him how can I call the Nevada Gaming Commission? I am asking where is the house phone where I can call the gaming control board. He refused to tell me. Then I speak with the security that is standing next to an empty and closed table. He got another security and asked me what happened. I told them about the grandfathering issue and told them that he revised to show me the phone to where I can call the Nevada Gaming Control board. He got the pit supervisor to come over to speak with me and he told me a different story. Basically he is saying that he is not there when that situation occurred and that I didn't told him I was grandfathered. I then said this is too flaky and left.
May experience AP please help with this situation.
