I have found the asian female dealers are much faster than other dealers in general. I always look for them because they are fastest.

I agree with what MH said about newer dealers and the "competition," especially at split tip joints. The break room is often a place to brag about how they cleaned the tables.

Dealers at these places are less worried about chasing away tips/providing good customer service.

Regardless of tip situation I think you'll find a lot of your fastest dealers late night/early morning.

Swing shifters trying to shut down tables so they can go home.

    I concur with her.

Excellent observation MH. Good to see you posting again. Hope those purples are turning orange for you...

Asian dealers tend to follow the letter of the law and are less likely to deviate from their training in my experience.
From personal experience and recent experience (past weekend), I agree with both Marlene and Houdini..............but with another slight differentiation. There are lots of Asians.........both American born AND foreign born. I think that Marlene's perception is spot on for foreign born Asians. However, the native born Asians seem to be more amenable to the chit chat, toking and friendliness than foreign born. This is a fine point but accurate in my perception. If you are observant and at a house/casino with many Asian employees/dealers, you will NOTICE the difference. Not being politically correct; just honest.
