    Interesting information. Thanks.

New Zealand. If included with Australia it is called Australasia and is separate from the Pacific Islands.

Also UK and Ireland which is separate from Western Europe.

I figured anyone that played in NZ has played in Australia. Yes, UK is not part of Europe. But, this isn't a geography test.

Blackjack is (legally) forbidden in Costa Rica.
The casinos are numerous and tiny. They do
deal a game called "Rommy" which is similar
to a crippled version of Spanish21 with a house
    edge that is very high.

Above I said "legally" because I found it plausible
to convince some casino managers to deal 21.

I didn't realize this. I played Blackjack at three separate casinos in CR. One in San Jose, one in Tamarindo, and one in Manuel Antonio. The games were blackjack and called blackjack. Not really recommended though. I don't think that they ever changed the cards and there certainly seemed to be a whole lot of little cards in those decks.

Apart from those that you have mentioned and others that come to mind such as Monte Carlo (Monaco), are you aware of any other places which do not allow their residents to play in their casinos?
